FAQs
What health and safety measures will be in place?
We ask that all guests have up to date COVID vaccines, and take a rapid antigen test in the hour before they transport to the venue.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 1
Should I wear a Halloween costume?
No :) If you do it’ll be an Elle Woods kind of moment.
Okay then what should I wear?
Put on your fancy pants but reserve your fanciest tuxedo pants for another occasion. We’re hoping you arrive in cocktail attire.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! Though we’re hoping you take one of our shuttles or a taxi/ride share.
Where should I stay?
See our hotel page for info on our two hotel blocks. Our hotel blocks have limited space, so if we run out, or you want to consider a different hotel a few alternate hotel recommendations we have are: The Notary, Aloft, AKA Rittenhouse Square, & Motto by Hilton.
What if I want to bring a card or gift?
We would love for you to simply leave a contribution to our honeymoon fund linked in our registry. That said, we love the warmth of a handwritten note, and will have a table to collect cards in the ceremony space.
What food are you serving?
See our RSVP page for more detail on our meal options, and to provide us information on any dietary restrictions. We will have meat, fish, vegetarian, and gluten free options to hopefully accommodate everyone. Following the ceremony we’ll have a trove of appetizers and passed hors d’oeuvres to hold you over until dinner.
Is there a bag and coat check?
Yep! Please take advantage of it.
Is the ceremony in or outdoors?
It will be indoors in the greenhouse space. While you’re welcome to walk around the park premises before the venue, you don’t have to plan your attire around being outdoors for a long period of time
Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception?
Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we ask you leave the photos to the professionals and keep your phones away. We have an amazing photographer (Lauren Driscoll) who will take care of photos during our ceremony.
However, during the cocktail hour and reception, by all means go nuts taking photos. We’ll have disposable cameras scattered around the venue for you to participate in some memory-making.
Will there be an after party?
Hell yeah. Planning is still in the works, but we’re hoping to take anyone who is still up to party out to one of our favorite haunts (Solar Myth) to cap off the evening.
